Marks today.. I need to change my eating lifestyle..

Went to Expressions yesterday to meet my consultant..
I redeemed my prize of $500 voucher which equals to 2 sessions of my full body slimming treatment..
And at the same time I took on the package almost cost me a bomb.. but im fine with if since I can pay mthly instalment.. Aiyoh but then hutang bank 1 year..

But I hope this treatment can help me..
I cant wait for them to cut away my tummy fats.. the body wraps.. juz cant wait..

Starting today, I will start my Food Diary.. a small book which I will write on what I ate for breakfast. lunch and dinner..

I weigh myself yesterday.. and OMG I'm like sooo heavy.. 60kg sia..

My consultant says.. its gud that watever Baby eats.. I eat bits from him.. and drink loads of water..
Any fatty foods I have to eat only half of the portion served.

Plus.. fasting mth will help me alot.. insya Allah..
3rd Sept my appointment.. the start of my journey..

And my another appointed trainer and consultant will be my Baby himself..=P

Nevermind, try my best to go alone after work bt then. fasting mth.. not much I can do la.. nanti pengsan leii..
