Yesterday went fer my appointment..
Feel the current & vibrations again on my tummy and thighs..
Now I know the machine is called VP Complex..
Hehe.
I was advised again to cut down on my food intake hehz =P
Right after my session, I drank a can of Carrot Juice.

Dinner and off I went home..

I mean pedicure.. ahaha mcm PADI lak..
I was in the ladies, when I look down at my feet.. my nails..
Gosh, I need to soak my feet in a steamy foot bath, have some foot massage and trim the nails.
Anione wanna do pedi with me?
Cuz its my FIRST time lahh.. hehz
